A dental chair can very well be used in an ent clinic.

  • First of all a dental chair is quite economic- an electrically operated chair is available in just Rs70000.
  • It provides you  a more strong and stable platform up/down/back/front facilty for doing procedures for long duration in  recumbent/semirecumbent position of patient .
  • It is fitted with inbuilt suction and air and syringing facility.
  • It comes with a pneumatic surgeon stool which can also be used for initial examination of patient while the doctor is providing consultation on a office table chair. Thus it maintains the tradition office look of the doctors chamber.
  • It comes with a big hanging mobile tray on which surgical instruments can be placed for doing office tympanoplasty/mastoidectomy/scar revision etc.
  • It has hanging mobile 4 slots for suction, three way syringe, drill hand piece and endoscope which can be sterilised by a polythene cover with formalin tablets.
  • It has an atached spitton/ wash basin which is very useful in oral/nose surgeries performed in clinic.
  • It has a mobile top double intensity halogen light which is again very useful for office surgeries.
  • It has both vertical and horizontal stands for fitting monitor  and light weight microscope.
